I want you to love your art. If something’s off, contact support@artbyroyalti.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Eligible: Unused, undamaged prints/merch in original packaging

• Not eligible: Original artworks, commissions, digital files, and sale items (final sale)

• Damaged in transit: Email photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours so I can assist with a replacement/claim.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
