Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Custom/commissioned pieces and made-to-order items will include a timeline in your invoice or product description.

Shipping Methods

Domestic (USA)

  • Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking.

International

  • International orders may incur duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by your country at delivery. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking & Notifications

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

  • If you didn’t receive tracking, please check spam or contact us with your order number.

Address Changes

  • Need to update your shipping address? Email us before your order ships. Once in transit, we’re unable to reroute packages.

Delivery Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, email photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours so we can assist.

  • For packages marked Delivered but not received, please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first. We’ll help where we can, but carriers consider “Delivered” scans as fulfillment of service.

Local Pickup (Baltimore / DC)

  • Available by appointment.

  • Reply to your order email to schedule a pickup time at our studio or designated location.

  • Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID. Orders not picked up within 3 days may be returned to inventory or rescheduled at our discretion.

Pre-Orders & Backorders (if applicable)

  • Estimated ship dates are noted on the product page. Your full order may ship together once all items are ready.

Holidays & Weather

  • Carrier delays due to holidays, weather, or unforeseen events are outside our control, but we’ll keep you updated if we become aware of widespread impacts.
